Record Data Plus Launches Attorney Title Agency Consortium in Georgia to Empower Attorneys Entering the Title Industry
Tulsa, OK — October 9, 2025 — Record Data Plus, LLC (RDP), a regional title agency and title data services provider, has officially launched its new Georgia-based affiliate, the Attorney Title Agency Consortium (ATA). This initiative is designed to help Georgia attorneys expand their practices by becoming licensed title producers and joining a statewide network of attorney-led title agencies.
Operating under the RDP umbrella, ATA will recruit, sponsor, and support attorneys who wish to enter the title insurance and closing industry. Through ATA, participating attorneys receive guidance on licensing, compliance, underwriting, and production support — enabling them to operate as full-service title agents within Georgia’s attorney-driven real estate framework.
