With over 30 years of experience in the Oklahoma City title market, McCune is celebrated for his consistency, accuracy, and deep expertise in commercial real estate transactions and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

McCune joined American Eagle Title Insurance Company in 2001 and currently operates out of the company’s Oklahoma City commercial office. He manages all aspects of commercial underwriting, including title examination, processing files, preparing title commitments, coordinating closings, underwriting coverage requests, and issuing final title policies.

In this role, he oversees the full lifecycle of 1031 exchanges, including document preparation, deposit and disbursement of exchange proceeds, and compliance with IRS regulations.
